These are our newest molds!
Final cast block size: 2x2x6 1/8"
These are constructed with 1/2" thick HDPE material with complex joinery to ensure no resin will be leaking out! These molds are "Doorless." No screws or bolts to worry about and no "doors to remove and re-attach. Instead of doors we use a rubber plug in the center of the bottom which allows for an easier and quicker way of demolding the blanks. Once the resin is set. Take the plug out and turn the mold upside down on a hard surface and give it 2-4 solid knocks on the surface. Then you can use compressed air or a rod to push the blanks right out of the mold. Then just put the rubber plug back in and your ready to cast again.
The rubber plug does NOT protrude past the bottom making these molds easily stackable inside your pressure pot.
We also are the first to product a "witness mark" since 2016 to show you how far to cast for the square dimensions of : 2x2x6 1/8." Another thing unique to our molds, we give you a full 1/2" above the witness mark so you have extra room for less spilling as you move the molds into your pressure pot. So the inside dimensions are. 2” x 2 ½” x 6 1/8”
